Overview/DescriptionAuthor and communication expert Anthony Robbins once said, To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others. In other words, understanding who youre talking to is as important as understanding what youre trying to communicate. Additionally, it is important to understand the role the medium, context, and other variables have on the communication process so you can optimize factors that are under your control. To confirm that your message got through, the final step in the communication process is asking for and reviewing feedback from your audience.
